Speaker operation method

According to the location and the requirements of the sound, the speaker is selected according to the characteristics of the speaker. For example, outdoor voice-based broadcasts can use electric horn loudspeakers. If higher sound quality is required, electric loudspeaker boxes or sound columns should be selected: indoor general broadcasts, and small speakers made of single electric cone loudspeakers can be selected. : To listen to music or to use high-quality speakerphones, you should use a speaker box with a combination of high and low speakers.

When using the speaker, pay attention to the following points:

(1) The power received by the speaker should not exceed its rated power. Otherwise, the voice coil will be burned or the voice coil will be dispersed. Electromagnetic and piezoelectric ceramic speaker operating voltage should not exceed 30V.

(2) Note that the impedance of the speaker should be matched with the output line. For details, see the amplifier section.

(3) Correctly select the speaker model. If used in a square, a tweeter should be used; in a room, a cone-type speaker should be used, and the auxiliary speaker should be selected. High- and subwoofer speakers can also be made into speaker groups to expand the frequency response range.

(4) When arranging speakers, sound leveling and sufficient sound levels should be achieved. For example, using a single (spot) speaker can not meet the need, multiple points can be set, so that each listener can get almost the same sound loudness and improve. The clarity of the sound; a good sense of position, the speaker should be installed more than 3 meters above the ground, so that the listener can "see" the speaker, and try to make the horizontal position of the hearing (source) a visual (speaker) to try to Consistent, and the distance between the two speakers can not be too large.

(5) Electric horn loudspeakers must be put on the horn before they can be used, otherwise they are easily damaged.

(6) When two or more speakers are used together, attention must be paid to the phase problem. If it is reversed, the sound will be significantly weakened. The simplest way to determine the speaker phase is to use a high-sensitivity meter or multimeter's 50~250μA current source, connect the test meter to the speaker's connector, hold the paper cones with both hands, and push it hard. Then you can swing from the hands. Direction to determine their phase. If the phases are the same, the hands will swing in one direction. At this point, the voice coil connected to the positive meter pen can be used as the "ten" level.
